April Snows Bring May Questions

A dynamic month for the association

Firmly now in true Spring, we are thankful that the sun in shining and no snow is forecasted.

From our perspective, the month ran a little long and partly the reason why we are little late in getting the April Maven to you, our members.

Reading below you can see the association has been hard at work advocating for Michigan's energy efficiency contractors.  We are excited to announce our MEECA Membership Management System (MMS) and hope you see how this association management tool will benefit our members and position us to better serve the industry.

On the legislative front, MEECA has been rather active (especially these past couple weeks) as you can see with our Legislative Briefing Update summarizing that which was reported via our member only webinar.

Our membership has grown to over 100 -- reaching the century milestone for the association.  Please be sure to view the list of many new members and connect with them to bolster your business.

Lastly, please make sure to congratulate Katie Graham, our Communications Coordinator, who has successfully completed her studies graduating Michigan State University Communications, Arts & Sciences program with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising.  We look forward to her continuing to apply the skills she learned at MSU here at MEECA.  Go Katie!  Go Green!

Sincerely,

Brindley Byrd
